What we do

At Pal Bandhu Shikshanavam Samaj Sevi Sansthan, we are committed to creating sustainable change by addressing the core needs of rural and underprivileged communities. Our multifaceted approach focuses on empowering individuals through education, skill development, sustainable agriculture, and women’s empowerment. Through these efforts, we strive to build self-reliant communities and improve overall quality of life.

Education: We work to improve literacy and educational access by enrolling out-of-school children, organizing bridge courses, and running awareness campaigns that highlight the importance of learning for all ages.

Skill Development: Our vocational training programs in sewing, data entry, handicrafts, and other trades equip youth and women with practical skills to enhance employment opportunities and encourage entrepreneurship.

Agriculture: We support farmers by introducing sustainable farming practices, promoting organic methods, and providing information on government schemes to increase crop productivity and income.

Women Empowerment: We facilitate the formation of self-help groups, conduct financial literacy and leadership workshops, and provide skill-building opportunities to help women achieve economic independence and take an active role in their communities.
